Why is daddy working on the other bedroom? What is this talk of me leaving my crib? I WANT to leave my crib. The house is mine. ALL MINE! I don't want the yellow room, keep me in the blue room? What are these blue sheets for the crib?

Quit yelling! If I want to dump out my milk glass in the living room so what?

I love that song "Hot Dog" that Mickey Mouse plays. He's so goofy!

Why is mom trying to get me to watch these videos with Biz Markie. I don't want to beatbox. I want Mickey!

So a few days ago mom and dad vanished and left me with grandma and grandpa. And now we're back at home. I don't know what's going on with mom; she's gotten bigger over the past nine months and now can't chase after me.

Dad just sits at his computer, but he's finally updating my blog, so maybe I'll go to sleep tonight at the right time. He also made French Toast for dinner. Yummy!

Mom and Dad took me out on Grandma and Grandpa's boat a few weeks back. Mommy finally uploaded the pictures so I can share them with you. I love Lake Monroe!

It's the end of June and I'm almost 14 months old! Can you imagine it?

I can walk, and I talk, and say silly things. I love being held and being held upside-down. Life is so much fun! I play with the dogs and climb everywhere, even though daddy and mommy tell me "No!" If they tell me "No!" I still do what I want, and I'll even take a swing at them. That will show 'em!

He hasn't updated my blog in SO LONG. I'm almost a year old now. I'm mobile. I crawl EVERYWHERE. I get into EVERYTHING. Soon I'm going to walk. I can pull myself up EVERYWHERE. I even crawl up the stairs when no-one is looking. I can't understand why they don't let me drink from the same water bowl as the doggies. The doggies are my friends!

Even better mommy forgot the password to the old photo site, so all my photos are Now here.

The piano needs to be tuned, too, but I like playing on it with daddy!

Daddy has to get better than updating this once per month. I think I need to cry more at night and that may get his attention.

I crawl now. All over. Off the edge of the bed, off the couch but mostly across the floor and getting into the wires behind the TV, or changing the volume on the TV with that big wheel.

Then daddy or mommy jumps up and picks me up and turns me around. Sure, I like those toys grandma and grandpa got me that make noise and light up but the toys you play with are more fun!

It's been so long since Daddy wrote a post for me. If I keep screaming at him maybe he'll post. Maybe I'll just keep screaming.

The doctor said that I'm big enough for a new car seat, so now I sit forwards and see everything and it's so much fun! I'm also allowed to eat regular food. I have no teeth yet, but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy a french fry or two! There are more new pictures over at the picture pages, too. Go enjoy!

I've learned to make rasberries and they're the most fun thing ever. I got phhhhhhhbt lots and lots and get many laughs from mom and dad. And I love when they do it, too. I'm also getting the hang of holding my own bottle. I don't do it all the time but it is something I like to do!

First, daddy regularly hotboxes me and mommy. That's horrible.

There is the halloween costume he wants to make me. Mommy calls me a "little terror" sometimes and dad wants to dress me like one. He said he was going to use leftover plumbing to make fake dynamite and have wires coming out of it and then making it a vest for me... and I'd be a "little terror."

Then as he's carrying me he remarks "what is Sophie? I know what Sophie is! She's veal for cannibals!" That made me angry!

Don't get me started on the poopy-head song he sings.

My daddy is a bad daddy; he doesn't update this blog as often as he should. I got on his case this morning, though. Mommy needed some rest so daddy was in charge of feeding me this morning. I refused to take the bottle from him unless he kept moving me so I could see the ceiling fan! The ceiling fan is my friend!

I also have a new game. I sit in my exersaucer (as seen below.) I then take my favorite toy, the truck and throw it on the floor. I cry until daddy or mommy puts it back on the saucer for me.

I keep meeting new friends. I love to go out and be social. On Thursday I met Jake, who is a neat little guy a few months yonger than me. He waved and smiled at me. Daddy says one day I may be able to take him to prom.

Waaaaaaah!

I went back to that funny office thing today. I had this sharp stuff stuck in my leg, like three times! Yowie! I feel OK now, though. They put me on that cold metal thing and mommy was cheering. I haven't been here for two months now and I'm already over 8 pounds. Everyone is amazed at these teeth things that have been showing up in my mouth. I just need something to munch on. Where is my teething ring?

I've been so busy lately! Mommy and daddy have taken me all over the city. I finally got to meet Matt and Gina. They're very funny people.

Mommy and daddy have been saying something about moving. I don't know what that is; I barely move, but I do squirm a lot. I think they're paying more attention to cleaning up the house than they are to me. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

Grandma and Grandpa came over today with Aunt Katie. Aunt Katie is fun! She played with me and exercized my arms and legs.

Monday we went walking by the canal. I kind of slept through it, but everyone thought I was adorable.

Last night my aunt Suzanne visited. She likes holding me and is fun to play with.

Then today mommy took me to visit daddy at work. His work is boring. It's all gray and has these fake walls. Everyone fawned over me and I got to feel special.

It's hard work keeping mommy and daddy up all night being fussy and screaming. Daddy's pager making beeps and noises doesn't help much, either, but it lets me exercise my lungs! I sleep when we go places like the canal or take the dog for a walk. It's so easy to sleep anywhere that isn't my crib or my basinet.

Mamma Mia! My tuchas hurts! I don't know what's going on but it doesn't feel good and everyone MUST KNOW about this. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.

Mommy and Daddy have been very patient and have snuggled me. They kept that diaper thing off of me, too, and that has made it better.

Hi! I'm Sophia Isabelle!

I showed up on 5/3 to a loving mommy and daddy. There are also lots of furry four legged things about. They all seem to want to play with me and take care of me.

Here I am with my daddy. He's a nice guy who cuddles me, feeds me and changes me, but not quite as often as mommy does.
